Nora Vivian is Debra’s Granddaughter and likes to help in the garden. This is the 5th in what Debra calls the “tapestry series” of work. It is created with colored pencil and is an assemblage of flowers and other plants, wildlife and insects framed with an arch.
It was first shown at the Cumming First United Methodist Church “Festival of Arts” winning an honorable mention (only awards are 1st place and honorable mention). It recently won an honorable mention in the Artspectations, an online only area show through the Colored Pencil Society of America judged by Bernard Poulin.
